I am certain that beneath the disconnect was hurt, pain, sense of rejection, and it is easier for some to mask their pain by being cold and withdrawn. You were only a child. When someone doesn't mention something/something, there's usually a good reason for it. It's best to follow that and not pry. Sometimes people think just because celebrities/public figures share some bits of their lives, that they should know everything!
I have 2 girls and they’re grown now with their own kids, but they’ve always helped in the yard, they were cutting the grass at 10 & 12 years old and helping plant flowers 💐 now they do their own yards

If you walk just 30 minutes per day….you’ll see results! Whatever you weigh, divide it by 2….that’s how many oz of water you need to drink. Water is key!

I think it’s selfish for your dad to tell you after your mother passed. He should’ve said it while she was alive so that you could have the chance to confront her and hear her side. Idk why he waited until right after her passing. It only leaves you with questions and clears him from anything your mother may have said to you about him once you came to her with questions. It puts the whole relationship between you and your mother at your fault.

I cooked ribs hot links chicken legs Italian sausage hamburgers potatoe salad baked beans and Carmel salt brownies for the grandkids. I'm done and now it's time to relax. Omg! Hi Gina! Wheat, gluten, and dairy can cause bloating and inflammation in the gut/intestines. Gluten Intolerance, Celiacs Disease, and SIBO can also cause gut inflammation and pain. An elimination diet helped me pinpoint the foods that were causing issues for me. Once I eliminated certain foods from my diet, the bloating and pain stopped but it was a process. I also went to an Allergy Doctor to have food allergy tests done.
I love Gina's recipes! Gina can cook! I am sensitive to wheat, gluten, & dairy (didn't find out til I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, suffered for years). I use Gina's recipes as a template but I make all the substitutions, as needed, as I go.
Facts!! I don't consume dairy, gluten and beef any more due to bloating, pain, constipation of the gut. I am still learning what my gut likes and dislikes myself. I suffer with IBS (along acid reflux/ulcers including joint/muscles pain of fibromyalgia/osteoarthritis).

I have been subscribed to Gina's channel for several years and I have prepared some of the recipes she has provided and they were delicious. Wheat/Gluten sensitivity and Wheat/Gluten allergies are not the same.

Yes Gina, here is my "second text". Lynette Comma. ●The "salads" 🥗 for weight lost is very effective. I eat it Monday to Fridays. If you do not add a "protein" to it, you'll get hungry later on. Add 1 serving of chicken, I love the grill look, or a vegetable sausage. You can save money making your own, but I buy the "ready made" salads in the plastic bags, Ceasars. Add to your salads, whichever, 🥑 🍅 🌶 🍇. ● Gina, on weekends "celebrate". Treat yourself with a dish you love. It has to be the " right serving". ● Park the RICE, POTATOES, 🥔 MARCARONI on the back burner for now. Lol. Yes! For people who have diabetes, doctors recommend you eating a lot of fruits, vegetables. Gina, diabetics, their sugar glucose gets high if they have to much watermelon, or 🥭 mangoes, apples, 🍌 bananas. So every thing in moderation. May 2022.

Hi Gina, I did some grilling outside. We had a big umbrella ,so we could sit under. I brought the big fan outside. We just attached it to a long extension cord, taking our electricity from the kitchen. It did make a huge difference. Love you. May 2022.

I hope I can save you the trouble I went through getting the Dr to listen. Ask your Dr to test you for diabetic gastroparesis. It really sounds like what you're describing. It took me 2 years and 9 doctors to get a diagnosis. Ask for a gastric emptying study. It's fairly common. Prayers 🙏 I know it's frustrating.

Hi Gina! Wheat, gluten, and dairy can cause bloating and inflammation in the gut/intestines. Gluten Intolerance, Celiacs Disease, and SIBO can also cause gut inflammation and pain. An elimination diet helped me pinpoint the foods that were causing issues for me. Once I eliminated certain foods from my diet, the bloating and pain stopped but it was a process. I also went to an Allergy Doctor to have food allergy tests done.
I love Gina's recipes! Gina can cook! I am sensitive to wheat, gluten, & dairy (didn't find out til I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, suffered for years). I use Gina's recipes as a template but I make all the substitutions, as needed, as I go.
Facts!! I don't consume dairy, gluten and beef any more due to bloating, pain, constipation of the gut. I am still learning what my gut likes and dislikes myself. I suffer with IBS (along acid reflux/ulcers including joint/muscles pain of fibromyalgia/osteoarthritis).
@@ruthymeggs I modify recipes as I go as well, my grandmother taught me how to cook. I never said she couldn't cook. I have been subscribed to Gina's channel for several years and I have prepared some of the recipes she has provided and they were delicious. Wheat/Gluten sensitivity and Wheat/Gluten allergies are not the same.

Yes Gina, here is my "second text". Lynette Comma. ●The "salads" 🥗 for weight lost is very effective. I eat it Monday to Fridays. If you do not add a "protein" to it, you'll get hungry later on. Add 1 serving of chicken, I love the grill look, or a vegetable sausage. You can save money making your own, but I buy the "ready made" salads in the plastic bags, Ceasars. Add to your salads, whichever, 🥑 🍅 🌶 🍇. ● Gina, on weekends "celebrate". Treat yourself with a dish you love. It has to be the " right serving". ● Park the RICE, POTATOES, 🥔 MARCARONI on the back burner for now. Lol. Yes! For people who have diabetes, doctors recommend you eating a lot of fruits, vegetables. Gina, diabetics, their sugar glucose gets high if they have to much watermelon, or 🥭 mangoes, apples, 🍌 bananas. So every thing in moderation. May 2022.

Hi Gina, I did some grilling outside. We had a big umbrella ,so we could sit under. I brought the big fan outside. We just attached it to a long extension cord, taking our electricity from the kitchen. It did make a huge difference. Love you. May 2022.

I hope I can save you the trouble I went through getting the Dr to listen. Ask your Dr to test you for diabetic gastroparesis. It really sounds like what you're describing. It took me 2 years and 9 doctors to get a diagnosis. Ask for a gastric emptying study. It's fairly common. Prayers 🙏 I know it's frustrating.
