ya im sure you can because they have a huge comb for that process. it basically7 sits on top of your head and you just cut away im sure it would be pretty easy for you especially if you cut hair.

lol that sucks.considering its near the top of your head its probably the area you could use the 1 guard open and close.if you watch my scissor fade haircut you might be able to see some help from there.is this cut on you or did you do it to some one else.
dude great video but one question what clipper guard do u use? is it a 1 and its open and u work your way down n then use a zero to blend what ever lines?
haha good question.i got one from my barber and lost it .therefore i had to search the internet for one without knowing the name of it. i ended up finding out its called a utility brush and the bristles have to be horsehair check on google and you can get one from a store.good luck with it

ya in this video his hair is at a number 6 before i cut it and around a number 5 when its cut.I use the scissors tho so maybe have your barber do that for you.
This is a really nice haircut. I recently tried getting this same haircut by asking my barber for a bald fade with a 6 on top. He had to make a phone call before he started and it seemed like he left too much on the sides. I think he might have forgot i said bald fade. I would like to get a fade just like this because it goes higher on his head. Should I just try saying "bald fade with a 5 on top or 6"?
@kikado3 yeah, have to be careful when using the #000000 blade...but i find it good for balding on skin tight cuts. One of my regular customers asks for it!

My hair is getting a little too lengthy for me, (I usually get a #3 around with mid taper and a lineup) but now I want to keep some hair on top and shorter on the sides, and his hair at the beginning of the video is EXACTLY how I want it. What would i tell my barber? Is there a name to that type of hair (beginning)?

i think the longer top looks good...because longer hair on top contrasts with the skin tight sides and makes the sides stand out more.
#1 clipper guard to blend into the half and then the clippers to blend that half into the skin line.
You should do more of these ASMR videos with the music and the clipper sounds

you have to zero gap your clippers for that.its the best.
yes and make sure its a little higher than a mid bald fade

To get the back and sides as skin tight as possible would you recommend using the electric shaver or clipper grade #00000?
ya i hate it its a surgical blade that actually gets caught in the hair pore and can make people bleed easily.

How is it possible that clipper cuts totally bald? Ive never seen clipper like that. Maximum what ive seen is 1 mm.

Nah its a fade.Real barbers know this.If you see the act of fading it should be apparent that this is a fade.
