I actually just bought a condo in tower 1. Can I ask why you chose to buy a luxury studio as opposed to something else? It looks like you are a family of 4? 2 kids? I can’t imagine there being a lot of space for everyone there. Why not buy somewhere less expensive where you have a lot more space?
@@lenigest4413 A few months ago the Tower 2 studios were going for 5.6-5.7 million depending on the floor. They could have increased since then. I know there was an increase right before I bought my 2 BR so I’m not sure how often that is happening.
