There are no legal requirements that you must PAT test. The legislation simply states that all electrical eqiupment must be safe. (especially when something isn't in your speciality/area?) I'm always a little hesitant flipping technology for this reason aha. Thank a lot, I look forward to your reply!

I was more than happy after chatting with the seller that it was 100% working - otherwise you simply have to put the work in and test things....
