素晴らしい検証ですね。
ギア比3だと抵抗が大きくモーターのKV値も高いものが出し切れずに比例しない可能性もあるのかなと感じました。

相対的な話に過ぎませんが、モーターを盲目的にハイギヤードにセットした場合は、トルク不足になった時点で最高速度が伸びなくなると認識しています。その意味で、この動画は詰め（企画）が甘く、お恥ずかしい限りです。

I kinda notice the motor/esc struggling at the start of the run, looks like there wasn't enough power to handle that high gearing🤔

As you say, the acceleration feeling is not good and the motor sound is also characteristic at the start of the run.
