You have to remember the game was in alpha not too long ago this is what the devs wanted the game to be the previous versions were just before the update where they add the potions and this is what the game was meant to be.

Well it had a spawn rate of 1 in 6000 ever starfall biome so you have to try to find it every starfall biome
