ANIME-WRESTLING-MOVIES MV'S that's Psylocke ability. Whe she at least has 1 psy charge and she managed to make her enemy power 0 (by her sp1), the enemy power will stay locked at 0 when hitting or getting hit.

Yeah.. shes more utility champ than a hard hitting one. Her accumulated psy charges + heavy is pretty damn good tho in long fights.
