NKY woman living in her car with 13 cats gets charged with 26 violations

- In Boone County, animal control officers charged a woman living in her car with 26 ordinance violations. Two for each cat living with her. The woman says she still won't give up her animals.

God, bless this woman with a home, please. All she has is her car and her cats. Please find a way to help her. In Jesus name. Amen.
I’d really like to know exactly what they did to try to “help” her. Good God.
This is disgusting, nobody should have to struggle like this, I live in fear like this, broken world💙💙💙
They need to take the cats away and find a shelter place for her.
What about inhumane conditions for the woman ! Charging her is insane . How about helping her n her cats get a place to live ? World has gone in the 🗑️

Boone County is starting to be a joke there are so many homeless people around here and I'm one of them this lady has a vehicle she can drive and get help wherever she needs to and doesn't want to give up her cats but yet there's people like me to have no transportation and have to live day by day finding electric or what not to survive I myself have the housing voucher in them on disability and cannot find nothing it's been over a month since I've got my voucher
Don’t let JD Vance see this…he’ll probably try to have her put her in jail! (A homeless childless cat lady). She loves her cats! She should be sheltered first and foremost, and be able to have all of them back! It’s not right, as she said the kitty’s are her family! It seems they don’t care about her situation at all…😢 And no court appointed lawyer? It’s her right!

Really?! You take the first telling of the tragic situation and lay it at the feet of a man who is, in no way, connected to it and you accuse him of a position that he never took! You are rabid.
Keep your eye on the issue at hand. This woman is having to survive in the America that the current administration has all but destroyed, having to survive under regulations that cripple, financially, the lower wage earning class and you try to take her situation and make rain for the people who are most responsible for stoking the flames of her demise? Very judgemental of you woke and inclusive sort. Just saying...
@crystalwaters7081 that's not normal to have that many cats and not take care of them ,just having 2 cat's or dog's and provide clean and feed them is an expensive itself,.
@@behemoth-lg9yr She probably thought has money tho, but not enough to get a place of her own. Rent is off the chart expensive. I think she said she had her mother there with her also. I took care of five kitties but had to move because my landlord wanted his home back to live in, so I took an apartment that didn’t allow cats. I had to give them all up to a no kill shelter - so I know how she feels. It’s very sad to me. I’m praying she gets somewhere to live. ☺️
@@behemoth-lg9yr Her situation isn't normal or desirable. She HAD a home and shared it with the animals that she rescued.
When she lost the home, I guess that she could have taken the pets that she is devoted to to a shelter. If they were accepting, which they usually aren't. She would have been charged a substantial fee for each one, which she couldn't pay.
So, her options, at that point would be to abandon them, life would Certainly have been easier and cheaper for her if she had, but she didn't, she put them first.
Damned if she does, damned if she doesn't. She Knows that having them in the car isn't the best, but, what were her options?
I know, let's all dog pile on the poor woman for caring for her animals enough that she was willing to do all that she could for them.
All had collars, harnesses, food, shelter, love and attention. So, let's deride and ridicule the poor woman doing her best in a really bad situation. Let's reserve All our compassion for the cats. That sounds balanced, inclusive and loving
Sorry lady. You have to be an illegal immigrant to get help in the US. The government doesn’t help American homeless people. Even our veterans don’t get anything. Truth hurts people
