Hello, I'm from India... you're telling that... this land is for sale, that meant permanent ownership(ownership forever). But, I've researched in Internet and found that... no foreign individuals can own a land forever in Russia... and, the land can only be given for lease for 49 years. So, please explain that sir. And, if it is for lease... then its not a good investment.
When you buy it as a company, and register at Dept. agriculture they provide you a temporary residence which translate you passport and make you owner. There is company called Russia Farm Land.com , they are one the best and they have attorney and get you all papers in a legal formality and you are the owner. To my surprise 40% of Russians land is own by Chinese, Swedish, Indians Germany, Spanish. People with money have not loyalty, there is not barrier.
