Always down for a round! Let’s do it! Great video, and that Pig just does work!! To be fair..my most thrown pigs have Ricky’s name on ‘em. He was the Pig Farmer before me!
I have had a slammer for over a year with 100+ rounds on it, barely flies any different than the day I got it. It's just a little bit straighter on the forehands now, still a beefcake backhander. I recommend it to anyone with medium or large hands.

Love a pig! Always a staple in my bag. I haven’t thrown a slammer, but recently put a Calvin Toro in the bag. I prefer the Toro for forehand, and the pig for backhand. Great video man, keep up the good work!
Yeah I’d say so. A beat in pig is a great disc for short tee shots. So reliable. I lost my beat in 3 speed pig this winter😢 and still waiting for my 4 speed to beat in.
I find the Slammer super legit to putt with. I DO use it as an approach but when I've putt with it for practice, it's been really decent. The Pig however, is not a good putter Imo.
The thing about the Pig is the rim is thicker than most midranges, as well as taller. However, the Pig is also less aerodynamic than many mids, so it was given a speed rating of 3 by Innova to some extent based on both parameters. They decided to move it to a 4 speed given that it competes with a number of 4-speed approach discs. In my experience the Pig does have more glide than the flight numbers suggest, but only modestly so. I would say it has the flight numbers of 4 2 0 3.
Definitely two great molds! Pig will out fly but ,those slammers have that BEEF! I have no trouble bagging both. Slammer comes in premo plastic too can't say that for Pig.
So what is your favorite overstable approach disc at 3 speed or under if the slammer or pig wouldn’t be first choice. Buying the slammer has been the best thing to ever happen to my game so I can’t imagine a better disc. Lol
theres also good pigs and bad pigs. looks like you got a bad one. good pigs are hard to come by and they are stable like your slammer. ask ricky where they are HA
I take back what I said about swapping the glide. I think the numbers for the Slammer are spot on.

I’ll make sure to get a hold of you if I’m ever in your area! So true, completely forgot to mention that in the video 😅

Definitely suggested for people with bigger hands. Great point!

VIP Harp was my first over stable approach disc! Recently did a round here with 3 of them in different plastics. Currently bag a Z Zone.
I recently got a pair of pigs and have been putting with them. For me, they’ve dramatically improved my putting.
What do you think they’ve helped you with the most?
@@FlippyJamesDG I struggled with basket hits outside of circle 1. Putting on slight annhyzer, they just float straight with little effort.

Does yours fly similar to this one in the video?
Thank you! Really had fun making this one.

Have you noticed a difference with the 3 vs 4 speeds? I’m not up to date on this disc 😅
@@FlippyJamesDG haha no. Innova decided last spring to change the railing from a 3 to a 4. Same disc just different stamp. Why? Who knows 🤷♂️

I think it’s fun to putt on anhyzer with over stable discs. Especially when jumó putting.
It is my putter as well!! Love putting with it.
Are you in east NC. I hope to play a round with you this winter. I'ma farmer so I mainly play in December and January.
I’m actually in Missouri! But if I happen to be out that way I’ll make a post for sure.

I think that’s a good rating for it. Do you keep one in your bag?
@@FlippyJamesDG I have bagged a Pig since 2019. 2 Ricky Pigs and lately a regular R Pro Pig. It’s so easy to grip and I throw it back and forehand.
My Slammer, besides being my approach disc and is MONEY, has also become my putting putter. Great disc.
Sometimes I think about putting it in the bag but what I have in there just works already.

Haven’t thrown a premo plastic slammer yet!

It’s a 4 speed, but the zone.
i stay putting with my slammer, i like the plastic and the weight
What weight is yours?
I have a bigger hand but a harp and a slammer both feel good for putts too lol
Makes sense to me!
hello
Try some mvp
That’s what I’ve been reviewing the most of lately.

Maybe all the good ones are 3 speeds 😝
