If A Forest Was On Fire

If A Forest Was On Fire is a creative research project for a graduate course titled Media, Sustainability, and Climate Justice at McMaster University.
Inspired by John Durham Peters' concept of "media as modes of being" (The Marvelous Clouds), this project explores fire as a mode of being via the violent Canadian forest fires from the summer of 2023.
