Ep.6 Developing solutions for removal of pollutants, DAEYANG E&I
DAEYANG E&I has provided highly efficient environmental solutions that can tackle air pollutants and bad odor which are produced in industrial sites as well as in daily life. The firm has independently developed RTO, or Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer series which refer to the facilities that can get rid of air pollutants. RTO can oxidize volatile organic compounds and bad odor at a high temperature. And it can convert them into harmless materials and emit the purified substances. Also, the heat that is produced during the high-temperature oxidation process can be collected and stored. And the stored heat can be reused for different production stages so it is a highly efficient energy-saving device. The company has operated a 9,600 square meter factory. It has carried out the designing and production stages as well as provided the maintenance services. And the company is currently developing the electrical RTO technology which can cope with the 2050 carbon neutral strategy as well as 2030 Nationally Determined Contribution, which includes the reduction of greenhouse gases emissions. It is planning to develop facilities that can be used conveniently with lower expenses. And the firm will accelerate the export of the product. Ep.6 대기오염물질 처리 설비 개발에 성공한 기업, ‘대양이엔아이’
