My oldest daughter is a cellist and violinist..don't know how I got so lucky that she chose 2 of my favorite instruments of all time, second only to the piano and trumpet. It's a deep and divinely moving sound that stirs the heart, soul, and mind..all 3 at once in varying intensities, the cello and violin. This music is mesmerizingly beautiful!! The Santouri is a stringed instrument in the hammer dulcimer family. It's that beautiful instrument you hear throughout Greek music. This is really nice to work to. I don't like working in silence, but for doing certain work (writing documentation, etc), I don't want super engaging music, just something to fill the silence. This fits the bill perfectly!
