For the Lava Mount look up Everlasting Horn of Lava Swimming
if you pop aspect of the turtle before you get into lava.. you will not get any damage :)

You can get it with a trial character on RP realm in WM. So it has always been pretty easy.
Is the slime serpant one bugged? I cleared the dungeon on heroic and mythic, killed all 3 bosses but the NPC never spawned in for me
