The best thing would be to penalize him with jail time, but to be served at the end of the trial, which the judge could do. If he doesn't shut up, then he could stay in jail to November or when hell freezes over.

NONE of the judges in these cases have any guts. If you want to stop **45 from violating the gag order, fine him the max for every violation up to today. If that doesn't deter him (it won't), give him 1 day in solitary. If he does it again after , give him 5 days. I GUARANTEE he will stop after that 6th day behind bars.....maybe even the 1st.
