I can not throw out any of the trinkets or Rosary's, I can't do it. You described me, I have taken a box full to the church Office more than once, and asked them to use these to the best use. My kids don't wish to have anymore, and when the Grandkids visit and I say "Hey I have something for you", I get "the face" ..............So I prayed for an answer and The patron saint of mailmen and postal workers Saint Gabriel the Archangel told me to re-gift all the booklets and pictures and extra medals to any organization that sends post paid envelopes such as AAA, ASPCA, and those big envelopes used for proxy voting of people I don't even know, I do it with the hope that whoever opens the envelope gets something out of it........I only use postpaid envelopes and remove my name. Some things that came to me as a young child that I won't give up is a Confession Guide, authored by Cardinal Spellman in 1956 and used as a hand out from the local funeral home where we lived at the time.......1956 [ It will scare you into "'the Box"]"

Great sermon Father, to your point about throwing out rosaries etc from junk mail companies, reminds me of my Mother, who had a heart of gold supporting these people and not wanting to throw out any religious items mailed to her. So I was in the same boat as you. It's so sad companies are targeting seniors in such a way..... Keep up the great work Father.
We get all those too. Never knew what to do with them. Sometimes we decorate with them. I used their rosaries in the garden to bunch together plants. I heard you can also bury them respectfully.

Please pray for me. I have been called to represent my guild in court from a nuisance lawsuit by a deeply disturbed woman guilty of stolen valor and fraud. Have tried to be charitable and encouraged her to be charitable for a year. She filed a lawsuit against beautiful people. The poor young attorney who represents her had no idea what she has actually been doing. I suspect he may actually be frightened by the exhibits he has now received. I am not frightened, but many people in our community are. Please pray for this woman, too. Despite her actions, I pray for a merciful God and a crowded heaven. Thank you in advance for prayers. Christ’s peace. Remember always-Courageous suffering begets fierce joy.
Your homily was great. Yes, I too get a lot of stuff, but I know my favorites and throw out the rest. Luke I've read many times. I lite the 1st candle of Advent, and the word PATIENCE in your homily grabbed me. Something I don't have. God already knows that. Your Mom sounds like a wonderful person and gravy is the sauce used in pasta, so I thought. And 7 fishes? When I was married. Christmas Eve meal of 7 fishes included calamari. Yum. Please pray for me and my other fellow examinees who took our licensure examinations for civil engineering. May God guide us for the next few days as we patiently wait for the results. It was a very tough fight for us but we still gave our very best no matter the odds stacked against us. May our worries, fear, and anxiety be diminished and instead be optimistic and have a sense of peace when we finally receive the results of the exams, no matter what they are. We get all those too. Never knew what to do with them. Sometimes we decorate with them. I used their rosaries in the garden to bunch together plants. I heard you can also bury them respectfully.

I’m Italian, squid is a mollusk. But that’s part of the 7 fishes. I used to watch my grandmother make all of it for Christmas Eve. It kinda made me sick 🤢. lol

Please pray for me. I have been called to represent my guild in court from a nuisance lawsuit by a deeply disturbed woman guilty of stolen valor and fraud. Have tried to be charitable and encouraged her to be charitable for a year. She filed a lawsuit against beautiful people. The poor young attorney who represents her had no idea what she has actually been doing. I suspect he may actually be frightened by the exhibits he has now received. I am not frightened, but many people in our community are. Please pray for this woman, too. Despite her actions, I pray for a merciful God and a crowded heaven. Thank you in advance for prayers. Christ’s peace. Remember always-Courageous suffering begets fierce joy.
Your homily was great. Yes, I too get a lot of stuff, but I know my favorites and throw out the rest. Luke I've read many times. I lite the 1st candle of Advent, and the word PATIENCE in your homily grabbed me. Something I don't have. God already knows that. Your Mom sounds like a wonderful person and gravy is the sauce used in pasta, so I thought. And 7 fishes? When I was married. Christmas Eve meal of 7 fishes included calamari. Yum. Please pray for me and my other fellow examinees who took our licensure examinations for civil engineering. May God guide us for the next few days as we patiently wait for the results. It was a very tough fight for us but we still gave our very best no matter the odds stacked against us. May our worries, fear, and anxiety be diminished and instead be optimistic and have a sense of peace when we finally receive the results of the exams, no matter what they are.
