I feel like this is the first time Canada’s Drag Race or Canada VTW has featured a lip sync song that isn’t either by a Canadian, or featuring one.
Another strong episode! And Canada, yet again, tries something a little bit different and does so successfully.

I loved eureka opening up about sobriety on this platform to a demographic where substance abuse is ripe.
I made the decision to become sober 3 years ago and it is difficult more on the social side of things, but I can’t imagine people who really rely on these substances and how much more difficult it is for them. 💚

You can say anything about Miss Fierce but the girl is GOLD TV, not only for the fights and bitchy attitude but the whole arc of her being frustrated, rejecting the biever and then going on to slay the lipsync. Thats why CDR is one of my fav franchises ❤️

This was a very fun challenge. I had fun with it. It was like a hosting/roast challenge. I definitely do agree with Fierce winning the lip synch. Eureka was doing the same combo back to back. And I feel for both Eureka and Cheryl. Can’t imagine having to deal with substance abuse and being sober for Eureka. And having to eliminated, ignored by fans, and being told your Nan died for Cheryl. Also thank you for your vulnerability. ❤❤❤

Such a good episode, best of any series gor some time. I can see this challenge as a staple of every series. The queens were all at least quite good but clear winner for me was Lemon who is consistently in the top. Lemon deserves the win.

Fierce is so smartttttttt, you know when she said she pick lemon because if she fucked up in the challenge she ain't gonna lipsync against the best lipsyncer which is lemon and her saying she doesn't need the beaver even that she knew she will gonna lipsync against alexis or eureka its because she know she will devoured in the lipsync with that lipsync song where she performed in a drag bar before. workkk

As someone who’s a year sober from all drugs and alcohol as of this month, I totally relate to Eureka. I was using substance to numb myself for over a decade, and hard cutting it all out was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and had to face the darkest parts of my psyche that I was running away from. I can’t imagine just quitting and then going in a pressure cooker like drag race.
And I was a DJ in gay clubs too hanging out w the drag queens so u know I was going hard lol.
I’ll tell you tho only a year later I’ve gained so much mental fortitude and really understand myself better than ever now, sobriety was the best thing I’ve ever done. It gets easier Eureka just hang in there

Fierce is ten steps ahead of EVERYONE! She acts bratty, then shows "growth" by saying what people want to hear from her.... She did it in her last season! I love it dont underestimate her, she's ahead of the game! That lipsync (as well as the one in the mini challenge) shows it, and the smirk in the confessional when she was showing vulnerability... Deep down she knows her power.
