The Chinese version is owned by Devsis and 2 other chinese companies. so they have more fundings to hire artists and developers. so these exclusive feature is not Devsis's creation but rather the chinese companies creation. so they have no right to implement these on global server
They have no reason not to add these to global. They won't have to change anything. The change isn't because of some chinese specic rule like how pastry was changed. All these are linked to things present in the global game. And there is no reason it should be that hard to port over the animations. Also, the new story/costumes screen is really useful.

The reason they can't add these to the global version is because of Tencent. Crk's parent company, Devsisters isn't developing the CN version. Tencent is the one mainly developing it .
