Kancolle Arcade games have a built-in recorder that's why they don't record an arcade POV with a phone camera but the screen itself giving an illusion its been emulated to PC. Someone was able to get a copy of the Kancolle Arcade machine and attempt to port it to PC but its stuck with guest mode and there's conflicting issues arose with it since you have to sync progress and how you can progress without an actual card. It ended up being politics since it was a Chinese person who did it and they think its been done intentionally for Azure Lane. There's rumors an insider circle was able to set up their own private servers with their secret invites so people asked for more proof but obviously asking for more proof will reveal more details to have them exposed for lawsuits.

it's emulator or real arcade machine?
Kancolle Arcade cannot be played except on its Arcade machine, so it can be confirmed that it's not an emulator
@@verniy8683there is currently an attempt of doing it, there is a PC port mod but is a work in pogress.
