This version of the song is a remix by a music producer named Tsuiko (ツイ子). The original NicoNico upload (linked in the description, just delete the "sp" from the URL if it doesn't work) is titled "3D初音ミクにトランス乗っけてみたぞ！" ("3D Hatsune Miku ni toransu nokketemita zo!" or "I tried putting trance over 3D Hatsune Miku!"). So basically this producer took the original video with the animation by Kio and the song by Eiji Hirasawa and added a trance backing track, which I personally really like. Hope this helped!
