How to make Vietnamese Cha Bo (beef) Sliders

hi everyone! welcome to another recipe. I hope you enjoy !
marinade:
1lb ground beef
4-5 diced garlic
1 stalk diced ginger
diced cilantro
2T garlic
2tsp black pepper
1T fish sauce
toppings:
1 small diced shallot
diced tomatoes
lettuce
brioche buns
Marinade the meat for at least 1 hr. Roll into patties and cook on a pan for 4-5 minutes. Undercook the meat just a tad to avoid drying it out. serve on a bun with desired toppings.
