All you need to do is create a circle, on layers 2, or 3 than you need to add the countries flag as a image on the FlipaClip animation (make sure it’s on a lower layer than the circle), make sure that the image and circle are lined up correctly, and then use the eraser put it into the circle form, and then finally adjust the circle so that when you remove the part of the flag outside of the circle using the rubber, and BOOM! Now you have a easy to make country ball.
