For BMW to have this victory with TOPRAK after so many years shows a very good teamwork. In short, German engineering and Turkish fighting ability complemented each other perfectly. Much greater achievements have shown themselves. Congratulations BMW, congratulations TOPRAK.

In reality It was over 10 years,because the last win 3 years before from Bmw was in rain conditions on the sprintrace,the real last win on a long race was over 10 years in 2013 with daviz.

Great tyre choice too. He was on hard front tyre, while Beluga was on soft front tyre if I am not mistaken. That's why he can push and stay consistent in those 5 last laps. On the penultimate lap, he gained over 3 tenths in each sector 🤯
