As Heimer, when tower starts shooting the cannon, use that time to drop a turret under tower, as the tower won't shoot your turret until the cannon is dead.
This makes it easy to take plating early.

Anyone remember setting up your turrets in the enemy jungles bush and landing a early kill... back when your turrets stayed active no matter where you were and when jungle didnt have such godly healing.

Reminder on why Garen is always tanky is that his W lets him get passive resistances regardless if he builds tank or not.
i used to play Heimer mid with Exhaust fun as hell getting ganked because i usely get double kills from that.

Supports can carry but enchanters are a lot harder to carry on. Engage supports can hard carry
I agree with Mao Kai support you can easily carry because you dictate when the team fight starts, his big ult with roots causes enough neuron activation for low elo players to aim their spells in the general direction of the enemy
