A normal engine start will have ~20%N1,~400 EGT,~60% N2 and ~0.40 Fuel flow

starter probably failed or close to failing, not a huge emergency but it'll be somewhat annoying for the passengers to wait till the fan slows down to attempt another restart.
How is TAT 99C?
A/C equipped with a non aspirated TAT, it’s a normal indication
How to fix it ?
Have to abort
Why no fuel flow?
There was, right below N2 indication.
Fuel cut out switches wasn’t at idle below around 26% N1
