Hi ma'am, hnd po sya under Essentialism. Under po sya ng Idealism, its more on the mind.
While Essentialism po is back to basic, traditional paper and pencil (3R's).
I recommend to watch video n sir Melvin Buracho po "Philosophies of Education" for more explanation po.

I think im on ma'am jocel's side po because grammar is under the 3 R's po..pwede po sya sa writing. While idealism is only on the mind, concept lang sya like the idea of being a good role model. Please enlighten me pooo if I'm wrong..vey confusing 🥲
