ryancassandra mine now has one. It's a pinebox link pipe but it only removes the pre chamber. the cat is inside the headers.

this slip on replaces the stock end can, not the pre chamber. the catalytic comverter is actually built in to the headers so the only way to de cat is to replace the headers or chizel it out

air/fuel ratio is perfect, the kawasaki's have a 'kleen air' system which is the reason for the pops as far as im aware. All normal.

+Nathan Blanchard could do damage to the engine over a long time. It's best to get it dyno'd and have someone adjust it. With a dynojet or something like that
