Imagine putting the first lipsync of the season at 4 where one of them didnt know the words, the other called throwing a tantrum on stage a performance, AND THEY WEREN’T EVEN WALKING TO THE BEAT
IMO: 1) Natalia vs Amadiva- I thought this was such a deserving double shantay; first, Natalia had actually won the maxi challenge and landed in the bottom only for her runway and she had been doing well, same with Amadiva track-record wise; second, I loved the song choice, it was so catchy; third, they each had different performances that both worked, one was more camp while the other was more dancing but I really enjoyed it 2) Année vs Petchara vs Jaja- I thought all 3 did great, especially Annee, but I think Jaja's blood gag helped save her; song choice was also really good too 3) Dearis vs B Ella- I really enjoyed the song choice, both did good especially Dearis who knew like all of the choreography, only problem for me was B Ella did like a bad wig reveal right in the beginning 4) Petchara vs Bunny Be Fly- this was also kinda meh, but I enjoyed the song more 5) Morrigan vs Dearis- this was kinda meh, nothing really special 6) Morrigan vs Meanie- I kinda have to compare it to the Drag Race US lipsync of Jiggly vs Milan, this was just messy and they didn't know all the words 7) Jaja vs Amadiva- I think the double sashay was deserved, the song was from a movie where a trans woman sings her last song before shooting herself in the head after a failed relationship with a man who she thought loved him. Amadiva was doing it right with the blood and a little drama but she really could have done more.
I find the format of DR Thailand so weird where a queen can win the maxi challenge and still line up in the bottom? I don't think the runway should be so deciding in the show

I forgot how good (and underrated!) some of this season's lip syncs are! Natalia vs. Amadiva was hilarious, the three-way lip sync was amazing, Petchara destroyed Bunny, and both of Dearis' lip syncs were soooo good. I absolutely adore the Thailand seasons and I'm so happy we're finally getting a third season ❤
Kinda wish the system was more like 50/50 split so that both the maxi challenge and the runway can help or hinders the queen in a more fair way. Since they have two main judge in Art (a look queen) and Pangina (performance queen)
When it came to lip syncs yea … but I got to admit, Thailand has had the best fashion than any drag race season… Thai came out around American season 10 so the fashion elevation was obvious that they are the best when it comes to runway… they would’ve remained the best had they continued after season 2
I personally liked Amadiva vs JAJA. The first lip sync of the season was far worse.
