As an Aussie,It's interesting how Americans say "It DOES have two fuel tanks" or "We DO have a residential fridge", as opposed to just saying "It has TWO fuel tanks" or "We HAVE a residential fridge. It kinda sounds like its a response to someone saying....Hey this vehicle doesn't have 2 tanks!!...."Yes,It DOES have 2 fuel tanks"
