NOTE: the 510 barrel is the same thickness as the 545/FNX 45 Tac. So you can just slap on any .45 can no problem and no mod needed. I tried it with my Rugged Obsidian 45 can and it’s freaking awesome! Rather than the super loud BANG of a 10mm, it’s more of a pofft, pofft of the rounds breaking the sonic barrier. Highly recommend you get a .45 can for this, especially if you have the FNX 45 Tac or the 545!
As for the price, shop around. I bought mine two days ago for $950 total! Deal breaker over the M&P is I can put on my Rugged Obsidian 45 can for my FNX 45 Tac no mods needed. Great gun. Field strip is the same as 509. Lock the slide back, throw the field strip lever down, send the slide forward, then press the trigger to unlock the slide.
Might just pick one up I love the FN such a sexy gun but on the 9mm I didn’t really like the trigger prefer a canik or CZ maybe a sig but definitely better than Glock to me. This in a 10mm tho is just straight sexy man.

Man…. I would stay away from the VV. I own 3 because the footprint is what my old guns had to offer. 1000 gun needs a better optic:)

I think the glock 20 is still king of 10mm but that xdm compact is best for edc
