I mistakenly snapped a passport picture which I took from a digital then upload it while filling the list.. Then, I fill the informations till the end and it said to me successful... But later on, I found out only with digital. Other than that you will be disqualified.. Do I still have at least a little chance to because if that mistake or I don't have chance at all??

I uploaded my passport on the pic tool with all set but there is the red wrong symbol(×) on the image and "your photo does not need cropping,dimensions are 600×600)

Nice question, this year's entries requires applicant's passport number and a lot of information in the passport. Registration starts from today 7/10/20 to 10/11/20 and I think by then you already have your passport.
No option than to go to passport office. If you do it by yourself, you'll get it earlier than applying through an argent.
If you're sure it wouldn't be ready by 9th November, you can go for a temporal passport number to be used for the forms.
