For JB line, you should probably check out JB BRT masterplan as mentioned on masterplan Pelan Induk Pengangkutan Awam Johor.
Even if it is a BRT, the bus lane is protected from the vehicular traffics, the previous MB has mentioned that it is similar to Melbourne BRT.
edit: oops... didn't notice that you do using that masterplan.
