My family drives through Atlanta to get to Florida. We’ve done it every year since I was born (13 years). This is so familiar to me even though I don’t even live in Georgia (I live in Tennessee). We’ve gone through here like 30 times, I remember staying in this huge hotel one time called Westin, it’s like 73 stories tall. We didn’t have to do it my parents just wanted to let me see Atlanta from up there. I remember the thing to go to the top floor costed money but an old guy let us do it for free he was awesome. 3:23 is so nostalgic you could see that building from Westin’s top floor. 3:35 you can see Westin for a second there, top left corner maybe put on 50% if it goes by too fast , man that is so crazy nostalgic I was very young when we went in there. Insane stuff
This was fun. I enjoyed driving Atlanta’s freeways when I went just a few weeks ago. I have several more from there still to come, not to mention more California and more Toronto to put out before I vacation again this summer :)
I forgot your most recent video was from Atlanta actually. I just flew back and forth from Miami because I got a really good deal in the flight. I made it as far north as Atlanta before I turned back south to head to Florida.
yeah, though not as many as I intended. I got a night video of I-95 heading southerly that is similar to this one though. Also, if you're ever out that way, Savanna is a great city to go for a walk through the historic downtown. One of America's best imo.
With FreewayJim on vacation for what seems like an eternity, it's you who produce the best road videos in North America. Keep on doing it! Also, the sight of a city skyline popping into view after a freeway bend is always something to behold, and for me it's quintaessential to the US.
No, really. I personally place you up with FWJ, ScrewdUPClickv2, InterstateJD, and Interstate Kyle. With your frequent uploads, your videos always make me stop what I'm doing and get a pair of headphones. Keep up the fantastic work.
Downtown Atlanta looks beautiful driving through at night.
Brennan Welch I agree
As long as it’s not devoured by zombies
Ikr
I LOVE driving through it at night !
the lined out towers, same with vegas and dallas
Absolutely captures the feel of Atlanta's highway infrastructure which is constantly changing and evolving! Solid job man....

ATL is one of my favorite cities to visit.
I'll say one thing about Georgia, they have some of the best interstate highways in the country!
I’ve been in Atlanta. It was so beautiful!
@Wtf Is This Comment? yes....it truly is
If you come into Atlanta from 400 you pass by the King and Queen and the building bridge at Buckhead. Rapidly growing area up there.
3:14, that is where freewayjim's intro is!
exactly right
True, but he came from I-85 merging to the Downtown Connector, not I-75.
Atlanta has one of the best lit skylines I have seen.
Atlanta certainly has one of the best approaches to an urban area on the Interstate network.

Miami has some cool highways. Did you film at all there?

Will def remember that. I hope to drive Tampa to Miami to Key West like freewayjim did last year, but I don't see that anytime soon.
I did the drive to Key West this year. It's pretty nice, though it's a bit of a slog as well.

dude... that's such a compliment. thanks so much for those kind words. It's really, really appreciated!

thanks, honestly that means so much to me.
jim's posting a video tommrow, by the way...
I also agree.
3:08 Atlanta Night Drive.
I like to drive and there's nothing like well lit and well marked roads to make night driving enjoyable.
I visit atl pretty often. As a cdl holder who never gets to see inside the 285, this was actually pretty interesting for me. Keep up the good work
The Downtown skyline looks great!
Atlanta has a great skyline from I-75
Atlanta infrastructure is five stars! Nice lit skyline. I love the background music :)
I really wish i could go back to atlanta ga i live south georgia
You could just move back, ATL is best city. I should know, I'm a rapper from Nawrfside
I approve of this video
AWESOME AND WONDERFUL. BEAUTIFUL CITY. AN EXCELLENT VIDEO. THANK YOU FOR RAISING IT SO WE CAN ENJOY IT FROM EUROPE. UN ABRAZO HERMANO.
@Sam Bowman YES IT IS IN MY WISH LIST. ONE DAY.
Wish Toronto has more of these freeways
Too good! Wish I could give it +5 votes!!
The Grady curve is the best view...imo
Can you do videos at regular speed instead of fast forwarding????
Amazing background music
The music makes me feel like I am playing Need For Speed.
that's kind of what I am going for.
what camera did you use?
Love this video
Thank you for this video
Awesome
Great video man
What camera u use
Busiest road in the world. 💯
L.A. highways would beg to differ. I-75 is a close second to i-405 from Orange County to San Diego. I did both in rush hour and I think LA wins
@@Stillthierry yep, I-405 in Orange County still has the highest daily average traffic count
Houston and Chicago Dan Ryan freeway. Houston overpasses can be a nightmare. Los Angeles as well is a total nightmare.
See the car at 3:54 on left side to right side
Before the
e wildfire virus hit from The walking dead😔
This cool
Thank you
Atlanta's highway was designed to race lol
Zazur zamboni Atlanta Georgia
DRAGONFORCE!
Go to Detroit, MI
I have quite a few videos from Detroit
has anyone notice, how detroit and atlanta skyline looks similar
Ive always said that about the Westin Peachtree and The Renaissance Center that Westin use to own in Detroit
Because the Atlanta architect John Portman designed both the Westin Peachtree in Atlanta and the Renaissance center in Detroit.
No they atlanta has and way bigger and more spread out skyline then Detroit
@@coolmanph Now that's what you call an intelligent reply. Jospeh Yes Yes Yes 🤣😂
Both on I-75 too

This video is too fast can you go a little slow The music is so annoying 🤮🤮🤮
Love u Atlanta!!!!
Been a long time since I've seen the roads this clear in Atlanta.
