Let me make it very clear for both Pip and everyone else who can relate to having depression or bad periods, it is NEVER "spreading negativity" to open up. I hope you had some good people to talk to and would always recommend a psychologist or an "unrelated" person, to talk to. It is not a taboo. That way you can hear and learn from a source that hasn't direct impact to your personal life. That really helped me.

Hey Pip, I hope you are doing better and find ways to overcome your mental health issues. As you said, talking to loved ones is a great way to get better. Seeking help from a therapist is also very helpful. It did really help me a few years ago when I was dealing with my own issues.

It’s pretty satisfying watching a solo player with a plan and story on mind . Most solo vids are so random with building a random small base and just hitting oil rig 24/7 just to get raided in less than 30 min an they call it quits with a 30 min vid

Man i feel you honestly, i suffered panick attacks and its horrible, and now i had backbone surgery couple months ago and being unable of running or just walking without pain takes a mental health toll too... I Hope you the best and never give Up!
