We all wanted to see Xcalibur get a new rubber Driver instead of a Sword', so here's a sick battle of us using multiple rubber Drivers and comparing the performance! We picked some of our favourites from past releases and Xcalibur got to experience what it would have been like if it went back to the rubber life 😂. Xiphoid can hit hard, but many opponents can still take it down. Even with the initial acceleration boost from these Drivers, other Beys will outlast it if those big hits don't take it out right away. Now, the question is, is Sword' really that bad? The stadium you battle in is going to make a bigger difference if anything!

Sword' wasn't bad at all but when it came with buster xcalabur it wasn't the driver is the blade with the gimmick the buster mode makes the bey unbalanced and it's to tall for xiophid it's fine but with rubber amazing
what about destroy dash?
Do it on the standard stadium, it works better for attack types

highlight of the video; when ultimate just SLAMS Xcalibur into the wall and it depleted most of it's stamina..
Feels like a lot of beytubers are sleeping on the ultimate layer. It's still one of, if not THE hardest swinging layer, It's just that it suffers from a lot of recoil from it's hard hits, so you want to try and burst your opponent, which Ultimate should be good at, but Beys like Greatest Raphael and Prominence Valkyrie are practically unburstable.
Although from my own experiments, I think the Black version of the Ultimate disc seems to do far better at landing the bursts, not sure if the rubber bits are just a bit softer and that's why, but it does seem to do so. Still can't find a way to burst a Prominence Valkyrie though, if anyone has a combo that believes it could burst it lemme know.

@@HaruHoneybun i think it's a matter of heigh tbh. the ultimate layer hits hardest when it's low because it gives two different opportunities to attack. the front leading into an upper attack or the end of the blades causing a smash attack. when it's similar height then it has the three normal contact points. like i tried basically variable (fully worn) with illegal and it's knockback is insane. it's enough to completely waste all the stamina on Prominence Valkyrie from destabilizing alone.
if someone were to try a combo they would need a low disc and low driver. preferabbly a disc with good weight distribution to prevent scraping .
The silver Xtreme’ that came with Super Satan from the Infinite Achilles RB has a special type of soft rubber that goes significantly faster than the purple one you used in the video. Good luck finding it in your massive collection lol.
Can you imagine ? 👀 They probably have any bey you can think of. Big inspiration for fans, collectors & creators a like. I love their content.

Honestly i feel like the best type of combo for Xiphoid would be one of those stationary attack combos. Just throw Atomic' on it, atomic is semi aggressive really good stamina and decent LAD
That would be good if opponents had bad burst resistance like back in the day

Also it’s a couple big request, but if you guys are up for it, you should use the super large white stadium in your battles more and do a 100 bey marathon with Xcalibur

When did they even last made a custom bey content? Aside from bbgtalks, they've only been focused on unboxings and stock vs. stock battles.
Lots of other beyblade content creators do custom bey contents, specially jp channels that do custom beys that are tournament oriented.

I'm surprised jolt' and quick' were very balanced in attack and stamina.
Jolt and spiral are actually much tamer if the bey is right spin
@@Varuki542 I have a jolt and spiral drive to test as well but they sure are tame in right because of the slanted star shape in right being hit softly while in left it hits it more ruff giving it more power but jolt ain't to tame depending on the ridges of the stadium since the little rubber parts on jolt can make a right spin bey have one slight boost that can help or ruin what you have going for you, that's why it's much more useful in left spin for the consistency.

Tbh the better rubber driver is in terms of speed and control the more DB stadium is killing it, so 50%->90% winrate is to be expected only in standart stadium

Take note that some old drivers are too short that db beys can scrape
Ill choose exceed driver just because its best for high attack and bad stamina but still its like the sword dash but exceed driver has better control

my only complaint is that I at least want one control battle where all the drivers go against the same opponent you can do whatever you want after that otherwise I just can't see the difference on how well it actually does compared to the others

I’m kinda new to the Burst format of Beyblade haven’t played since the OG blades my specialty was Attack types & my personal favourite Blade & Bit beast is Dragoon got most of his blades except for Dragoon G-Turbo and MSUV 😢. While I agree that rubber tips give better grip but if they drag it’ll kill the the attack power of Xiphoid Excalibur in half plus I don’t know why but it’s spin roaming is a problem but that’s the drawback about attack types it’s a high risk high reward scenario I wonder if worth trying the Iron Driver from Sieg Excalibur just a thought again oh & I do the 2 fave drivers from your selection the Extreme driver and the evolution Driver

Man I hate stadiums with seams that kill/stop/slowdown your beyblade. It takes all the fun out of it. I love the crazy movement and attacks that come with seamless stadium.

Also want to include exceed dash with z attachment
Use the Hasbro sword driver its actually really good good stamina and when you make it do the attack Mode really good attack and still really good stamina

yeah, I mean, we finally could've gotten an easy-to-get Xtreme dash driver, or maybe Iron dash, because the only reason Iron isn't used in competitive combos is it's average spring making it burst a lot

It would be cool if the inner sword was spring loaded so when it clicks out it just launches it's self, it would be so gimmicky and very pointless but it would be cool for the 1 time it works
Dude your right the stadium screws up the xceed driver because I'm used to it going crazy fast, faster than your super hyperion if you want to see how fast my setup can go just take a look at my channel most of the videos are about how fast I can make a beyblade go
