The new drummer rocks. But Axsel Holmgren was the best live drummer they ever had. Never misses a beat and is super precise with his hits. Now I would love to see Ludvig Kennberg play live! Absolute monster drummer.
The first time of ghost was really kick ass cuz it gave to you the imagen that you were in a blasphemous ritual and the same time the Papa's glamour and music that maybe comes from 70's 80's.. and then all changed, but Its ok. The Cardenal still plays a good music
This was the best line up. They were aesthetically pleasing, the music was orchestral, the sound quality was impeccable and they never broke character. Now they just sound generic and annoying.
Old Ghost was one of the best acts of music ever in my opinion, I like the new stuff too but seeing the generic Rock and Roll moves and style just doesn't compare to this.

i may be alone in this but i like "call me little sunshine", their newest single. perhaps the cardinal has actually matured, like slither said. however, variety is good. here's to hoping impera is good! it's been a long wait since the last album. i do agree, though, the papa II era was one of the best. they knocked it out of the park with con clavi con dio (in this concert) and i'm a marionette!
Absolutely no. Ghost 2010-2016 was the best time for the band. Without omega and alpha ghost started to do something wrong, it’s no more amazing occult rock band with mystical charm. Simon, Martin and Tobias were a brilliant music trio that we lost. Even now, when they playing/producing different band they still making good music, but they’ll never be so good as they were in early Ghost or first MCC album (I know that Tobias was just a bass player in MCC, but his bass sounds incredible in every “Goodmorning restrained” songs) Sry for my English
