I am the owner of (Irene's Braids) located in Suwanee, GA. I'm always accepting new clients. I work out of my own private Salon Suite.
I have a problem with the proportion of each strand. For whatever reason as I braid down I have one strand smaller than the rest and I have to grab from the other strand. I don’t like my braids to have the crooked shape to it (I hope that makes sense). How can I prevent that from happening. I am a beginner so I’m practicing on myself And daughter for now😂😂😂.

Thank you so much let me just say I have been doing my own braids for a couple of years now and one thing I have had a problem with is my braid either too far to the left or too far to the right if that makes sense with this video. You have shown me how to make my braid in the center and to let me an even. I am very thankful. Keep up the great work.

This explains it I couldn’t understand why what the purpose for flipping the hair on the back of your hand but placing the hair without flipping it showed me how to attach it, thank you for showing it in slow motion 💕

Been practicing. Thing is the mannequin head I'm using is of synthetic hair not human hair. And it's always so slippery when I attach the hair extensions. Sigh
Use the Ebin Braid Formula to help you grip better.

That’s how it was for me back in the days when I tried to start off. I’m late on this but they have mannequins now with thick textured hair like us and I want to try on one of those. Go on Amazon and find some you like . ❤❤❤

Square space is good also it used to be called acuity scheduling for a booking website. Style seat is popular too. I use a vendor for my hair in my state. Try to find a vendor to supply your hair in your state or local beauty supply will sell to you.
