I would say that it’s not worth it’s price but I can’t. This is in Seoul Korea right? I have to remember Korea places is build differently from California or Miami Beach houses. In South Korea, most people live in apartments there are barely any houses. If you want you can claim an apartment as yours, basically pay a high amount and then don't pay rent, when you move out they give you that money back

It does feel like an old building that was revamped to look modern. Just look at where the "Kitchen" is. So much potential, too.
