Kudos to this municipality and my beloved hometown. Durodiretso na ang progress san Bulan. One day, Bulan will become the newest city in Sorsogon and in Bicol Region, considering the fact that it is cited as the richest municipality in the province and 5th/4th (if I am not mistaken) among the 1st class municipalities in Bicol Region. Hopefully, maging City of Bulan na because it is long overdue for a first-class municipality. We're looking and hoping for it in the next or next next year. How I wish!
