I was sexually molested when I was 3 and between that and having an abusive father ruined me. I have been suffering in silence for over 3 decades. Major social anxiety disorder. I would have to drink to get away from the pain I held in for so many years. Now there are options out there which are awesome. Now I am very spiritual thanks to you and your guest's Alex. I think what Alison was trying to say about suffering, is that because there is no suffering on the other side, we choose to come here to experience what suffering really is, how it feels, and in doing so, gain empathy, compassion and love for everyone else who experience suffering. We all have trauma in some form, when we heal, this is where spiritual growth comes from. Always be kind and have empathy for everyone.
That’s is the main point of what seems almost every NDE, it’s all about love 🙏🏼

I was abused and I know I chose my parents. They are my biggest challenge and offer me the best opportunities for massive expansion. I’ll take them. I just won’t show up for holidays… or for anything that has to do with them.
I used to think I was the only person who remembered making choices.

Trauma will definitely get you there, fast!! For some of us it takes what it takes to awaken.Can be so painful.
I think if it wasn't for experiencing some kind of life changing trauma nobody would have questioned their life and went down the spiritual path to find some answers...if everything was going fine in your life ,then why would you even bother to look ...within there is not much spiritual growth happening if your life doesn't have some serious challenges to face and overcome
Trauma definitely gets you there quicker.

She has created something beautiful out of something so terrible.
I so relate to what she is saying about having conceptual understanding vs personal experience. For me, many family members dying young has made me seek out these people who have had these NDEs. I’ve also experienced incredible breakthroughs and magnificent manifestations in my life which my tragedy’s contributed to as I had gone through very painful multiple deaths in my family.

I love the NDE's. I really appreciated this lady's story. I've experienced the void and had some amazingly profound spiritual experiences in my life so far - that many i'm starting to forget some of them haha but she is 100% genuine. This is awesome Alex. She’s spot on. I get the impression she still has so much to process and we are clearly treading deeper into the uncharted territory and we have so much to open up or expand our consciousness down here in this level of this world. Whew. I say she is the 1st wave to express openly with an expanded paradigm of “belief.” I’m lost with words at this point. I went through similar experiences but not trauma part and I’m 63. I always wanted to share but find it hard to find someone who can accept me as I am.❤ namaste 🙏🏼 ❤❤❤

I can definitely relate to Allison’s NDE more than most others especially with the re remembering of aspects of our higher self from before we were born & past lives. It happened almost immediately like everything felt familiar as if I have done this b4 many many times. Not every one choses their parents, most people do though. It's different for everyone. No two people have the same needs regarding their life plan. I'm an NDE, I didn't choose my parents, in fact there's a lot about my life I didn't choose but it's personal and doesn't really matter. Ya, some of us do grieve the loss of "Home" and having to come back.

Omg I keep thinking back to when I was younger and looking in the mirror and asking who exactly am I ??? Was the strangest feeling to the point where it would kind of scare me because of how extremely deep my unknowing was !?!?! I never discussed it and till just now had never heard anyone else say this !!! I am so thankful to have come upon this video 🥰🙏🏻.
I never died, but left my body twice due to trauma ,was on top of ceiling looking down at myself and everyone else. When I went back in, I felt so heavy.
So the magical question "why we all suffer"? Is going to be answered....let's see!

She jumps around from topic to topic which makes it difficult to follow. Speech training can help her be clear.
It's hard to explain how hard it is to talk about these experiences. It's like you're not even supposed to remember it and there is an inner resistance to talking about it. Thinking about it is easier. But the "cord" snaps you back into life, I think and then you have to exert energy to get back there mentally again. She also said that she had speech and short term processing issues.
I think it might be that the interviewers are Americans thus far & their guests are from same country. (I'm from Canada and have had 2 NDE) I'm sure there are people world-wide.

I’m a recovering Catholic. Yes it’s hard wired in. Lol I hear that we can heal ourselves so of course I feel guilty and less than cus I CANT
Our Father is Our Healer. We can ask Him for healing. Some days i feel terrific no pain. Other days: ouch. My last NDE as i was recovering i heard Holy Spirit saying: i am whole, i am healed, i am healthy. So, when i feel ouchy, pain those words remind me of God’s will for me. Maybe, it could work for you? Hope this helps. Blessings Sweetheart 🙏🏻
No, it’s not hard-wired in the sense that it cannot be changed. As long as you believe you can’t heal yourself, you won’t. Unwavering faith comes before manifestation.

Religion is man-made and religion controls people and always has.
