The AI is so helpful!! It can't write all that I want to say but it's such an awesome starting point and inspiration! I love it!! It's helping me write the outline for the scripts for TH-cam videos. Totally great! I also had it write a theme song for my channel. 😆 that was funny. The AI wrote a rhyme with verses and a chorus.. 😄 so fun.
I asked it to write... a Christmas story where an African American business woman meets a country man. The story it came up with was a very formulaic Christmas movie, that if it was fleshed out... it might actually be a hit Christmas movie. This one was weirdly pleasing and eerily scary. Still not sure how I feel about this one.

Because of that, I predict that copywriters will need to exercise their strategy muscles and coach clients more around what content and copy will be useful.

So excited by the magic write capabilities, my biggest issue is taking my thoughts from my head to paper, and getting a copywriter who thinks and helps me will be a game changer for me personally. Can't wait to try it past my list of top 10 Clint Eastwood Movies 🤣
Magic Write is great for brainstorming. Even I use it, but with how good it is, there's also a chance it'd be used for plagiarism. Still, it's a very useful tool, and I look forward to seeing it improve.
I agree with you, it's already pretty good. And bare in mind, that because it is leaning on machine learning, what it is today is the worst version of what it will be. I mean: every time we use it, it becomes better 😎

Wow! I started w a paid version of Lifetime access to Hoppy Copy months ago for $79 (they prob knew AI was coming to many programs and apps) then Notion AI then Midjourneynand Dall E and then Craft AI and no with our beloved Canva!
I am a Canva Pro user, but the Notion AI writing is so much better than Canva because it can generate in diffrent languages unlike Canva which can only write in English.

What an awesome tool! But I still wonder why don't they show to premium users the remaining of magic write for the month as what I've seen in the free version? Does it mean that we can use it as many as we want without worrying that we will run out of the limits?
As far as I know Pro users also had a limit (which I mention in the video). Not sure why we can't see how many we have left remaining 🧐 It might be that canva has changed that ... I'll let you guys know if I find out.
You are right. Yes, Canva hasn’t changed its pricing policy for Magic Write, but just made it better with the improvements announced at Canva Create. Tutorial on that coming soon 😎

I used it in Spanish to write an instagram post about a book I read 😱 I nearly got a heart attack reading how compelling it wrote. It’s almost like the bot read the book itself !!

Hi Sara 👋 If you want to try Magic Write. make sure you are using Canva in either English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian or French. For now, these are the languages in which Magic Write will run.
Thank you! I assumed that it will be available regardless of my language settings but the use of it should be as you mentioned in video. I will be switching languages for now cause this advice works immediately 😊 I have to use it in my language because my target and clients want it that way 🤗 Thank you for saving me time on research. 💛
I just cancelled mine this year 😎 But we do have a video editor who still uses Premiere Pro to edit our videos. I think there's still a long way before Canva can replace Premiere for professional video editing.

How dp you include pics and video clips into Magic write . Is there another program tp add them in with, and where do you find the generic clips and pics. Also you mention something about Teams. Can a neophite like me join a Team?
Magic Write will only generate text for now. Canva has another app called "Text to Image" which will allow you to generate photos based on a prompt (like Midjourney or DALL-E). You can find plenty of images and video clips in the Canva media libraries, under the "Elements" tab. Canva for Teams is if you work with a team, that's another Canva Plan. You can learn more about it here: www.canva.com/for-teams/
Can you use Magic Write with Canva for Education? How do you do it? I can't seem to make it work on iPad or my computer. However it does work with with the non educational version. Will it be available for the Educational Version?

I tried to swich the language to Englisch in stead of Dutch but that doesn't do the trick. Also tried to log out and log in again. I know it doesn't work in Dutch but I would like to use it in Englisch. Any other suggestions? Thx!
Hi Kartien, like I mention in the video, Magic Write is *NOT* available in Education accounts. Try logging in from a regular account, it should be there.

This thing is fucking mental I've been testing this like crazy and its powerful as fuck. I love making a long tail paragraph then telling it to make a short tail one and it spits out something amazing.
I have access to docs - but my top option is not Magic Write but Design - do you know why and if there is anything I can do to bring up Magic Write? I have a "normal" Pro account (in Danish). The (+) menu is translated to danish - but Magic Write is missing.
This is also true for me. Another issue that will keep me from switching my whole work flow to Canva is that i can't find a way to control page breaks so the downloaded pdf of the document looks unprofessional splitting tables and images wherever it wants to with no control from me.

What an awesome tool! But I still wonder why don't they show to premium users the remaining of magic write for the month as what I've seen in the free version? Does it mean that we can use it as many as we want without worrying that we will run out of the limits?
As far as I know Pro users also had a limit (which I mention in the video). Not sure why we can't see how many we have left remaining 🧐
It might be that canva has changed that ... I'll let you guys know if I find out.

Yes, Canva hasn’t changed its pricing policy for Magic Write, but just made it better with the improvements announced at Canva Create. Tutorial on that coming soon 😎

I used it in Spanish to write an instagram post about a book I read 😱 I nearly got a heart attack reading how compelling it wrote. It’s almost like the bot read the book itself !!

If you want to try Magic Write. make sure you are using Canva in either English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian or French. For now, these are the languages in which Magic Write will run.
Thank you! I assumed that it will be available regardless of my language settings but the use of it should be as you mentioned in video. But we do have a video editor who still uses Premiere Pro to edit our videos. I think there's still a long way before Canva can replace Premiere for professional video editing.

How dp you include pics and video clips into Magic write . Is there another program tp add them in with, and where do you find the generic clips and pics. Also you mention something about Teams. Can a neophite like me join a Team?
Magic Write will only generate text for now. Canva has another app called "Text to Image" which will allow you to generate photos based on a prompt (like Midjourney or DALL-E).
You can find plenty of images and video clips in the Canva media libraries, under the "Elements" tab. Canva for Teams is if you work with a team, that's another Canva Plan. You can learn more about it here: www.canva.com/for-teams/

Not sure why you are not seeing Magic Write on your phone. Do you see it on Desktop?

Hi Ronny! Great video (as always). Unfortunately magic write doesn't seem to work in my account. I live in Belgium and am working on a canva for education account. I tried to swich the language to Englisch in stead of Dutch but that doesn't do the trick. Also tried to log out and log in again. I know it doesn't work in Dutch but I would like to use it in Englisch. Any other suggestions? Thx!

like I mention in the video, Magic Write is *NOT* available in Education accounts. Try logging in from a regular account, it should be there.

I have access to docs - but my top option is not Magic Write but Design - do you know why and if there is anything I can do to bring up Magic Write? I have a "normal" Pro account (in Danish). The (+) menu is translated to danish - but Magic Write is missing.
This is also true for me. Another issue that will keep me from switching my whole work flow to Canva is that i can't find a way to control page breaks so the downloaded pdf of the document looks unprofessional splitting tables and images wherever it wants to with no control from me.
