If there's any game that needs a sequel its Midnight club, thease games were insanely good and packed with features.
Don't forget test drive unlimited. One of the best open world racing games ever made!

The best game ever created. I love this game a lot. It gives so much nostalgia. And the customization in this game is fantastic. And the fact that the main characters speak, makes it one of the best car games. There are pink slip races, wagers and etc. There is interior customization that consists of interior neons, gauges, steering wheel, and seats. It is truly the best game.
U should play midnight club 3 and then your opinion will change

I was coming from thinking nfs underground 2 was the best open world racing game, it’s definitely #2 behind Midnight club LA. Most wanted is fire as well.
I will say nfs has better engine/ exhaust sound

The fact that it’s still so good when it comes to customization even by today’s standards says a lot. More games need to do interior customization like this game did, I want steering wheels, seats, and more in Forza.

Edit: And it’s the only game I know which has cruise control! How sick is that?!
Cruise control turns the game into a driving simulator, riding my illegal R34 down Santa Monica Boulevard. That's the only right hand drive car in the game and they reworked the camera position and shifting!
If you’re in a convertible you can put the top up and down too
Not sure if you're aware but you can also get an Audi R8 in this game through rockstar social club

This game had the best paint customization ever. Nothing has come close for one simple block/tool... the transparency effect. It allowed some really cool designs.
I used to love this game and wish they would put this much customization into other games now like forza with this type of customization would be AMAZING but im glad youre finally finding and enjoying it, im excited for you to do a lets play on it
you should make this a lets play series; also you can make insane drift cars in this game
Pro tip if you want the camera to stop doing that zoom thing when u turn change it to static i feel like it changes the handling entirely somehow

I'm glad you finally played this game. I was part of the group the helped petition for it to be backwards compatibal for Xbox one. Its still one of my favorite games of all time and hope Rockstar make a new one

MCLA came out when I was in my first term of my first year of middle school.
I played it earlier today, and it seems to have aged like wine. It was ahead of it's day, if I say so myself.

@@Iwatoda_Dorm DUB knows about care culture more than anyone else on the whole planet. They heavily influenced this game and the game before it, and look how big of a success they were. A good racing games isn't just about fancy cars and a good handling module, it needs to have character. Midnight Club in general had the most character a racing game ever had.

I beat every single Midnight Club game and I love watching you discover Midnightclub LA. Should do a Revisit for Midnight Clubs 1-3, the early games were primitive given modern context of gaming but were legendary for their time. I'm looking foreward to the Let's Play series for LA, making me want to revisit this game eventhough I've beat it three times lol
