Cannabis ban karane ke real reason ye tha ki Alcohol ko importance kam milta and alcohol pr big players ki command hoti hai cannabis par nahi which can be easily produce anywhere.
Harry Anslinger. He is the most racist person and because he hated the black people and their habit of MJ thats why he started all of this. And later after many years alcohol wala business jo aapne bola wahi suru hua.
Actually I found marijuana to be a help in exploring my self consciousness. I have stopped using alcohol and became vegetarian, but couldn't let go of marijuana, and I'm fine with it. It has mostly positive effect in a society full of mental health patients.

We are a laughing stock as a society as we tends to follow what others ask us to. It’s all about protecting tobacco and alcohol companies interests. Cannabis must be legalised and monitored. It’s open secret that a large population of Bharat consumes it and that too of very poor quality largely chemical mixed cannabis. So by legalising it at least people will have options to choose good quality products...🙏🏻

It should be legalised only for export purposes and need to be highly regulated. Certain criteria needs to be set for farmers who will be cultivating it. And the buyers of this cannot be anyone except business houses or pharma companies or govt. MSP should be set. These should be starting points.

Marijuana is not yet found to be addictive in tests. I smoked continuously for 2 years when I was living in Bhubaneswar sometime ago and then when I moved to Chennai, I simply stopped one fine day. Nothing happened. I was just fine.

You're wrong. Legalising would benefit patients as the current cost of cbd products is high. Medical cannabis is always legal in India but we don't produce much here so the price increases as we have to import most of it. Legalising would produce many jobs as cannabis has over 50,000 uses. You could make plastics, clothing, medicine and a whole lot of things from a single plant. India only banned cannabis in 1985 at the behest of the US which is now realising the benefits of cannabis, so the benefits of legalisation far outweighs the problems.
