What is the best exercise after hip replacement?
After the initial phase of hip replacement is over then one should focus on exercises to help in maintaining balance while standing and walking. Quadriceps, hamstrings strengthening along with abductor strengthening a little later. One should never start exercises on his own. It’s mandatory to take guidance from your surgeon so that you don’t get any problem later on.
