In my opinion, the first four units are like the separate street party than the final unit. Those four are like one of Universal Studios' parades, Universal's Superstar Parade. The final unit is like a separate street party which could be called "Disney's Just Believe Parade". That music is like an opening music that ends with the instrumental part before the music would go on and doesn't repeat.
