I've always found Umji voice very beautiful and very unique. She don't have a super powerful voice like let just say Solar or Wendy, but her tone and pitch are very unique, beautiful and very soothing to the ears. Also, she got good technic vocals and she is good at projecting emotions in her voice and she can do very nice high note and a little of belting so for me she is a great and amazing vocalist. You should check out her cover of "Lemon", it's a popular japanese song and she sound so good that's almost illegal lol.

Theres a funny video of the girls of Gfriend called: "Gfriend speaking english", they had to travel to Europe and America and is funny seeing them trying to speak with the locals. Umji, Eunha and Yuju helped to write and compose Mago, actually the chorus " Mago, Mago" was Eunhas idea. Next time you react to Gfriends Mvs, theres a special clip from Crossroads era called "Labyrinth" that alot of fans liked this song more than the title track, so their company decided to make an special clip and they are so powerful in this clip, would be fun to see you react to it

Umjis vocals were definitely overlooked in gfriend and her vocal abilities definitely improved since viviz debuted so as a buddy it’s definitely something I’m proud of cause umji has always been buddies baby and seeing her confidence levels rise makes us happy
