Im on my 4th cat now and every loss hurt terribly. 17 years, 18 years, 15 years......does not matter, they will never live long enough, so my way of grieving is to give another needy kitten the best life i can afford. Black cats are the hardest for shelters to find homes for, so go get one and shower it with love for another lifetime.

Omg, seems to be so many videos on cats who have recently died. My sincere condolences for your loss. He reminds me of the 3 litter mates I have had to euthanize in the past 6 months due to cancer; the 2 girls in the last month, 2 weeks apart. They also were black and a litter of failed fosters, making it to age 13. It still hurts, esp when I come across videos like this, because it reminds me of them. Hope your heart heals soon.

i died 11 years ago and while i was Out There, i got to hold my old cat Worthless who had died years before and she was young and healthy and purring....you will see your kitty again

The first cat came as a starving black who was very gentil and friendy. Only had him for two years. The folowing spring my Mom and I went to the pet store and bought two little black female kittens. One got out and died on the road at age three. The remaining one became depressed, so back to the pet store we went and picked up another black kitten. My Dad asked wasn't there another color. Six years later Dad comes home with a full grown Siamese. It and another had been out and the othet one had been hit by a car, and he was beside the dead one. Dad scooped him up, put him in his car and checked the one on the ground. Then that Thanksgiving a grey cat came to the door looking for food and didn't leave. All are gone as well as my parents. When we had only the Siamese, who my Dad had for ten years, I went the animal shelter and got a grey female who is now turning 18 years. And in 2022 neighbors up the street had taken in a tortie and when they left she came to me. Now I have an 18 yr old and about 4 yr old. Never gets boring.
So sorry for the loss of your precious cat tito now he has crossed the rainbow Bridge but he is with his furry friends sending you all my love and thoughts rip little man he will never be forgotten because you loved him so much goodnight and God bless you run free my friend xxx to you his owner sending you a big hug from me hope it helps xxx

What happened seems like such a young healthy cat.
