How do returns work? I’m assuming if for example you spend 200$ a day on ads for a 5$ product that you’re selling for 30$ and sell 20 of them… after fees and your cost of goods you’re at about 200$ profit (guesstimate) But then you get 5 returns on your 20 sold (I don’t think that’s unreasonable at all) Do you give back 150$ off that. Do they then charge you additional re-stocking/shipping fees and do they refund you the 5$ per item that you paid for? I feel like the numbers can look great until everyone starts returning and your profits end up becoming losses. Am I right? I’m sure my math is off but hope u can get the point of my question.
