Honda Stepwagon Camper - Stereo Upgrade - Xtrons TQS710L

The old Stereo in the car was only really good for playing music and the Japanese Navi system still thought it was in the port it came from lol.
This had to change as I missed having some more modern features like Android auto and Spotify for music. I decided to install a Xtrons TQS710L unit but this also gave me the opportunity to add some features like dashcams and get the reverse camera working again. I wanted to share the process as it might help anyone else who has a Steppy looking to do something similar. If you have any questions about anything just drop me a comment I am always happy to help :)
Hopefully in 2023 is when I can get some of the bigger jobs done to make this into more of a camper and have some more adventures.

If your cluster ever fails you can replace it with a 2005-2006 crv cluster

@@tuggers1000 just had a look and the Amazon seller no longer sells it but you should be able to fit any single din universal storage shelf no problems

@@tuggers1000 it was done by the import company, I think it is just a conversion circuit wired in behind the clocks

Still got it and still loving it 😁 great little van, comes in handy with the seats and being able to use it as a bit of a van but mainly for weekends camping. We just put the seats down and throw a Berghaus air mattress on top and it's very comfy. Not had any issues with it just normal service stuff which is no problem. MPG on longer distances is about 30s but shorter runs can be less but not bad for a van when fully loaded 😊 I am going to keep it for a long time and do a bit of a camper conversion in the future once I have some time
