Thanks to the master trumpet player... I really think that an "old" instrument like a keyed trumpet, could revive, thanks to precision technology of nowadays. If in far East they could make the FIRST working plastic tenor saxophone... why not a renewed keyed trumpet? Maybe the last could not work well if made in plastic (much better with other materials, I could suggest metal parts for mechanics). PS: the experimental "prototype" trumpet works very well. From an "amateur" former guitarist, from Italy.

A bit anachronistic, playing Haydn's Trumpet Concerto with a period instrument with the rest of the instruments around him being modern ones.

Well if it's pitched 440, It's okay, but also the modern instruments are very similar to their transitional counterparts in the same era. Though to note, the strings may have been tuned to 430 instead of 440 to compensate, while seems like the parts don't cause too much problems. The Keyed Trumpet I find sounds BETTER than the valves.

Ich finde es ziemlich frech, einfach meine Aufnahmen zu verwenden ohne einen Hinweis zu machen!

So much better sounding than a valved trumpet! The arrogance of modern trumpeters refusing to learn to play this instrument for its repertoire!
